today, has been my study for finals day. & the Rain is making it so darn nice to relax & review.

This past week, I had a goal to get ALL school work done. check.
To make dinner almost every night. check.
Make some extra money & save; don't spend. check.
Clean my house. check.
Go through summer clothes. check.

Now onto next week!
Finals. eek.
Line the kitchen shelves & organize kitchen.
Scrub all the bathrooms.
Paint the crib.

if this is all done. We get ice cream!

Tons of Tortillas

Lately, we have had lots and lots of tortillas.
There was a huge sale of them at wal-mart and we don't really eat them that much.
So we're eating tons of tortillas...
Here is what I've been making this week:

Tortillas for Breakfast:
Need: Torillas, Ham, Avacados, cilantro, salsa, cheese. Cut 'em up and throw it together!

Tortillas for Lunch:

Need: Tortillas, grilled chicken, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, celery, onions. Yummy w/ Ranch.

& Tortillas for Dinner


Need: Tortillas, salsa verde sauce, mozzarella cheese, shredded pork OR chicken, butter. :)
